🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

To ensure safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Opened or unsealed medicines

Prescription medicines (as per pharmacy law)

Ayurvedic/SX products like 4G Majum, Tila oil, SX capsules

Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., oils, creams, masks, etc.)

✅ Return Eligibility (Limited)

We may accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product

Product packaging is intact and unopened

Return is requested within 24 hours of delivery or purchase

In such cases, customers must:

Present the original bill/invoice

Share clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp

Once verified, a replacement or store credit will be provided.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

The ordered product is out of stock and already paid for

A valid return (as above) is approved and replacement is not available

Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days through the original payment method or UPI.
