At Zulfiqar Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver your healthcare and wellness products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

🕒 Delivery Timings

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability.

Orders after 5:00 PM may be delivered the next day.

🚚 Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹500 within a 3 km radius.

A nominal delivery fee may apply based on distance for orders below ₹500 or beyond 3 km.

Charges will be informed during order confirmation via phone or WhatsApp.

📦 Packaging & Handling

All medicines and wellness products are securely packed to maintain hygiene and product integrity.

Products like Tila oil, 4G Majum, and SX medicine are packed discreetly to maintain customer privacy.

📞 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after a call or WhatsApp confirmation at 📱 8630792891.

Prescription medicines will only be delivered upon receiving a valid prescription via WhatsApp or in person.

🔄 Return on Delivery Failure

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled or canceled.

Repeated failed deliveries may lead to a restriction on future COD orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable events such as traffic, weather, or emergencies.

Delivery is subject to availability of stock and pharmacist approval in case of restricted medicines.
